When we first came here, the dining room was home to chickens.  Nowadays the only chicken you’ll find is served in a creamy pepper sauce with fresh West Cork vegetables.

Our proximity to the sea means fresh fish, one next door neighbour is the town’s premier butcher and the other is an organic farm – which means totally fresh produce every day.  Anna has trained with Darina Allen in Ballymaloe House and John Desmond of Island Cottage Restaurant and specialises in West Cork produce. (please note that the dining room is closed on Sundays).
